Supplementary Agreement is ratified and its implementation is authorised.
(2) Without limiting
or otherwise affecting the application of the Government Agreements Act 1979 ,
the Eighth Supplementary Agreement is to operate and take effect despite any
other Act or law and, to the extent that it amends the entrenched provisions
(within the meaning of section 10), despite section 10.
