CASINO (BURSWOOD ISLAND) AGREEMENT ACT 1985 - SECT 4H

4H .         Seventeenth Supplementary Agreement ratified and implementation authorised

        (1)         The Seventeenth Supplementary Agreement is ratified and its implementation is authorised.

        (2)         Without limiting or otherwise affecting the application of the Government Agreements Act 1979 , the Seventeenth Supplementary Agreement is to operate and take effect despite any other Act or law.
