The Governor may make
regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Act
to be prescribed or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving
effect to the purposes of this Act, and in particular may make regulations
—
[(a)-(h) deleted]
(i)
prescribing the manner in which notices may be served
under this Act;
(j)
prescribing or providing for the approval of forms for the purposes of this
Act;
(k)
prescribing requirements as to information to be given in or in connection
with applications, returns, claims, elections, and other documents delivered
or made for the purposes of this Act, and the evidence to be supplied in
support;
(l)
providing for any other matter necessary or convenient for consistency with
the SIS Act.
