CIVIL JUDGMENTS ENFORCEMENT ACT 2004 - SECT 12

12 .         Limitation period for enforcement

                An order under this Act to enforce a judgment that takes effect after the commencement of this Act must not be made if 12 years have elapsed since the judgment took effect.
