(1) Subject to
section 31, a court may only make an enforcement order in respect of a
monetary judgment on the application of the judgment creditor or a person
given leave under section 13(1)(d).
(2) A court that makes
an enforcement order, or any other order, under this Part may do so on terms
as to costs or otherwise.
(3) When or after
making an enforcement order, or any other order, under this Part the court may
make any necessary ancillary or consequential order and may do so on terms as
to costs or otherwise.
