Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) In order to
recover a judgment debt, a judgment creditor may apply to the court for an
order, addressed to the judgment debtor, that orders the debtor to pay the
judgment debt —
(a)
immediately; or
(b) on
or before a date set by the court.
(2) The court may make
such an order, subject to sections 21 and 22.
