CIVIL JUDGMENTS ENFORCEMENT ACT 2004 - SECT 5

5 .         Judgments to which this Act applies

                This Act applies to and in respect of any judgment given by any of the following courts in the exercise of its civil jurisdiction —

            (a)         the Supreme Court;

            (b)         the District Court;

            (c)         the Magistrates Court.
