A dust disease means a
pathological condition that is either or both of the following —
(a) a
pathological condition of the lungs, pleura or peritoneum that has resulted
from the inhalation of asbestos or silica;
(b) a
pathological condition specified in the Table (whether or not of the lungs,
pleura or peritoneum) that has resulted from the inhalation of asbestos or
silica.
