COAL MINERS' WELFARE ACT 1947 - SECT 14

14 .         Meetings of the Board

        (1)         Meetings of the Board are to be held at the times and places determined by the Board.

        (1a)         Meetings of the Board may also be convened by —

            (a)         the Chairman; or

            (b)         the 2 other Members acting together,

                by giving reasonable notice to the other Members.

        (2)         Subject to this Act, the business of the Board shall be conducted in such manner as the Board determines.
