In this Part —
corresponding law means a provision of a law of
another State or Territory that is prescribed under section 170 to be a
corresponding law;
interstate control order means an order (by
whatever name called) made under a corresponding law;
interstate declaration means a declaration (by
whatever name called) made under a corresponding law;
respondent —
(a) in
relation to an interstate declaration, means the organisation to which the
declaration relates;
(b) in
relation to an interstate control order, means the person to whom the order
relates.
