Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) This Act applies
in relation to persons who have reached 16 years of age but are under 18 years
of age ( juveniles ) in the same way that it applies to persons who have
reached 18 years of age.
(2) Neither an interim
control order nor a control order can be made in relation to a person who is
under 16 years of age.
