Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person shall not
drive or use a vehicle registered under this Act, otherwise than on private
land by consent, unless the number plate issued in respect of the vehicle is
affixed to the vehicle so that it is plainly visible and complies with any
prescribed requirement relating thereto.
(2) A person shall not
drive or use a vehicle licensed under the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012 ,
on any land (except in the circumstances prescribed under that Act, on private
land by consent, or otherwise with the prior approval of either the Director
General under this Act or the Director General under that Act) unless the
number plates issued under that Act in respect of the vehicle are affixed to
the vehicle in the manner required by that Act and the regulations in force
thereunder.
Penalty: $200.
