Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to the
provisions of this section, the provisions of this Act apply throughout the
State.
(2) The Governor may
from time to time by proclamation declare that the provisions of this Act, or
such of those provisions as may be therein specified, shall not apply to or in
relation to such part or parts of the State as are therein specified and
thereupon such provisions of this Act shall not have effect in the area so
specified.
(3) The Governor may
by a subsequent proclamation vary or cancel any proclamation made under
subsection (2).
