(1) The Governor may
make regulations for or with respect to any matter or thing which is required
or permitted for the proper administration of this Act or for achieving the
objects and purposes of this Act.
(2) The regulations
may prescribe penalties not exceeding a fine of $100 in respect of a breach of
any of the regulations.
(3) The regulations
may require that any information or form required to be given or furnished
thereunder shall be verified by statutory declaration.
(4) Where and to the
extent that there is inconsistency between any regulation made under this Act
and any local law made under this Act, the provisions of the regulation
prevail.
