section 12(1)(b)(i) applies, an infringement notice must be served on an
alleged offender —
(a) if
the offender is an individual, in accordance with Schedule 2 clause 2 or 3; or
(b) if
the offender is a corporation, in accordance with Schedule 2 clause 3 or 4; or
(c) if
the offender’s address is ascertained at the time of or immediately
after the alleged offence was committed, by posting it to the offender at that
address.
