CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2004 - SECT 156

156 .         Term used: attendance date

                In this Division, unless the contrary intention appears —

        attendance date , in relation to a witness summons, means the date specified in the summons as the date on which the person to whom it is issued is required to obey it.
