Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) An authorised
officer who has reason to believe that a person has committed a prescribed
offence may issue an infringement notice that complies with section 9 for the
alleged offence.
(2) The infringement
notice must be served under section 10 within 21 days after the day on which
the alleged offence is believed to have been committed.
