(1) The amount payable
by a respondent under section 14, 20 or 24 is payable —
(a)
within one month after the date on which the respective unexplained wealth
declaration, criminal benefits declaration or crime-used property substitution
declaration was made; or
(b)
within any further time allowed by the court.
(2) The court may
allow further time even if the due date has passed.
(3) If part or all of
the amount is not paid within the time allowed, the unpaid amount is
recoverable from the respondent by the State in a court of competent
jurisdiction as a debt due to the State.
