of this Act, offences arise from the same incident only if they are committed
within a single period of 24 hours and against the same person.
(2) A reference in
this Act to doing a thing in person is a reference to doing the thing by
personal attendance at a place, and it is not sufficient to attend the place
by telephone or by any other electronic means.
