(1) The court must
specify the term for which a child protection order remains in force.
(2) Subject to
subsection (3), the term for which a child protection order remains in force
is at the discretion of the court, but an application can be made for a
further order.
(3) The term for which
a child protection order remains in force, including the term of any further
order, cannot extend beyond the reporting period that applies to the
reportable offender.
