COMMUNITY PROTECTION (OFFENDER REPORTING) ACT 2004 - SECT 98

98 .         How application to be disposed of

                The court may dispose of the application —

            (a)         by varying or revoking the child protection order; or

            (b)         by dismissing the application; or

            (c)         at the request of the applicant — by discontinuing the application.
