COMPETITION POLICY REFORM (WESTERN AUSTRALIA) ACT 1996 - SECT 50

50 .         If matter is a State matter

                If a matter is a State matter —

            (a)         Part 5 and sections 36 and 37(1) and (2) of this Act do not apply to the matter; and

            (b)         Divisions 3 and 4 of this Part apply to the matter.
