Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) On receiving a
report or reports referred to in section 80 in respect of an appeal the
committee, subject to subsection (2), may —
(a)
affirm the classification, decision or requirement appealed against;
(b)
substitute or vary the classification, decision or requirement appealed
against; or
(c) set
aside the classification, decision or requirement and make a decision or
substitute a requirement, notice or classification that the committee thinks
just.
(2) The decision of
the appeal committee under this section is final and without appeal.
