COLLEGE STREET CLOSURE ACT 1958 - SECT 2

2 .         Closure of College Street, Subiaco

        (1)         The public road known as College Street in the City of Subiaco, extending from the northern alignment of Roberts Road to the southern alignment of Subiaco Road, is hereby closed and all rights of way over it shall cease upon the coming into operation of this Act.

        (2)         The land comprised in the road so closed shall be included in the adjoining Reserve 8899 as an addition to the Perth Modern Schoolsite, subject to the provision of a footpath in a suitable position for pedestrian access through the reserve.
