Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Nominal duty is
chargeable on such dutiable transactions as are prescribed, or are of a class
prescribed, for the purposes of this section.
(2) Despite subsection
(1), nominal duty is not chargeable in respect of a dutiable transaction that
passes, or is part of a scheme or arrangement that passes, a beneficial
interest in dutiable property.
