landholder duty declaration must be lodged in respect of a foreign landholder
acquisition.
(2) The foreign
landholder duty declaration must be lodged on or before the day on which an
acquisition statement or agreement is required to be lodged under section 200,
201(6) or 202(2) in respect of the acquisition.
