Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) On becoming a
general insurer, the insurer must apply to be registered under section 218.
(2) An application for
registration must be made in the approved form on or before the 21 st day
after the end of the month in which the insurer became a general insurer.
Penalty: a fine of $20 000.
