Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A vehicle is a
vehicle that is required to be licensed under the Vehicles Act, other than a
caravan.
(2) A licence , in
respect of a vehicle, is a licence for the vehicle granted under the Vehicles
Act.
(3) A duplicate
licence or a certified copy of the licence granted under the Vehicles Act is
not a licence .
