DUTIES ACT 2008 - SECT 91J

91J .         Introduction to Division

                This Division —

            (a)         explains farm-in agreements, farm-in transactions and related concepts; and

            (b)         includes various provisions dealing with the treatment of farm-in agreements and farm-in transactions for duty purposes.
