(a) to
assign all, or a substantial part, of the corporation’s DBNGP system and
other assets and liabilities of the corporation relating to that system in
accordance with an agreement between the corporation and a prospective
purchaser;
(b) to
ensure that the assets are capable of being subsequently assigned without
further legislation,
and to deal with
related matters.
