Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister may
by order published in the Gazette make any provision that is necessary to
correct any error in a transfer order or a schedule to which a transfer order
refers.
(2) An order under
this section may be made so as to have effect from the transfer time under the
transfer order.
(3) To the extent that
a provision of an order under this section has effect before the day of its
publication in the Gazette , section 16 does not, as a result of that
provision, operate so as —
(a) to
affect, in a manner prejudicial to any person (other than the State, the
corporation, the assignee, or an officer or authority of the State), the
rights of that person existing before the day of publication; or
(b) to
impose liabilities on any person (other than the State, the corporation, the
assignee, or an officer or authority of the State), in respect of anything
done or omitted to be done before the day of publication.
