Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) When land becomes
part of the DBNGP corridor, any consent with respect to that land, or any part
of it, that the corporation has under section 18 of the
Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 is, by operation of this section, assigned to the
DBNGP Land Access Minister and has effect as if it had been given to the DBNGP
Land Access Minister and any holder of rights conferred under section 34.
(2) The reference in
subsection (1) to a holder includes a reference to a holder’s nominee.
