section 6(2) may, if the corporation has been consulted and the Treasurer
concurs —
(a)
require the corporation to pay to the Treasurer so much of the proceeds of a
disposal under section 6(1) as is specified in the direction;
(b)
specify that all or any of the amount required under paragraph (a) to be paid
to the Treasurer is to be credited to the DBNGP Corridor Trust Account kept
under section 45(1).
