(1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters that are necessary or convenient to
be prescribed for giving effect to the purposes of the
Courts and Tribunals (Electronic Processes Facilitation) Act 2013 Part 2 as
applied by section 5A.
(2) The power of an
authority to make rules of court extends to making rules of court prescribing
all matters that are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving
effect to the purposes of the Courts and Tribunals (Electronic Processes
Facilitation) Act 2013 Part 2 as applied by section 5A.
(3) The
Courts and Tribunals (Electronic Processes Facilitation) Act 2013
section 20(3) and (4) apply as if the power conferred by subsections (1) and
(2) of this section were a power conferred by section 20(1) or (2) of that
Act.
(4) This section does
not limit or affect any other power in this Act or any other written law to
make regulations or rules of court.
