Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Evidence of any
proclamation, order, regulation, or notice made or issued before or after the
commencement of this Act by or under the authority of the Governor, or of the
Governor in Executive Council, or of the Legislative Council or Legislative
Assembly, or of the chief executive officer of any department of the Public
Service, or of any body, listed in the first column of the Fifth Schedule
mentioned, may be given in any court or before any person acting judicially by
the production of a copy of or extract therefrom, such copy or extract
purporting to be certified to be true by the person or persons specified in
the second column of the said Schedule in connection with the officer,
department, or body in the said first column mentioned.
