(1) If the name of the
same person appears more than once on the register of electors, or is enrolled
in relation to more than 1 district, the Electoral Commissioner must cause all
but the latest enrolled name to be removed.
(2) The Electoral
Commissioner may take such action and give such directions as the Electoral
Commissioner considers necessary in order for the register of electors to be
adjusted to give effect to a division of the State into districts.
