ELECTORAL ACT 1907 - SECT 69

69 .         Form and content of writs

                A writ is to be in the prescribed form and is to fix —

            (a)         the time before which a person may nominate as a candidate; and

            (b)         the day for the polling ( polling day ); and

            (c)         the last day for the return of the writ.
