ELECTORAL ACT 1907 - SECT 92K

92K .         Candidate not to conduct election

                The following persons must not take part in the conduct of an election —

            (a)         a candidate in the election;

            (b)         an election campaign worker, other than a scrutineer, at a place to vote or counting place at the election.
