Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The office of
arbitrator is to be taken to be a tribunal that comes within item 4 of
Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Management Act 1994 .
(2) Despite subsection
(1), sections 8, 9, 24, 30 and 31 of that Act are to apply as if —
(a) the
arbitrator and any officer or employee whose services are used under
section 80 of this Act were a public sector body for the purposes of that Act;
and
(b) the
arbitrator were the chief employee of that public sector body for the purposes
of sections 30 and 31 of that Act.
