and allowances and, subject to this Division, the other conditions of office
of the arbitrator are to be determined by the Governor.
(2) The remuneration
and allowances and conditions of office of the arbitrator must not be varied
while the arbitrator is in office so as to become less favourable to the
arbitrator.
