Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The arbitrator may
by instrument delegate the performance of a function to a person who is, in
the arbitrator’s opinion, competent to perform that function.
(2) Subsection (1)
does not apply to —
(a) the
hearing and determination, or any aspect of the hearing or determination, of a
dispute; and
(b) the
power conferred by subsection (1).
