ENERGY ARBITRATION AND REVIEW ACT 1998 - SECT 83

83 .         Borrowing from Treasurer

                The arbitrator may borrow from the Treasurer such amounts as the Treasurer approves and on such terms and conditions relating to repayment and payment of interest as the Treasurer imposes.
