ELECTRONIC CONVEYANCING ACT 2014 - SECT 5

5 .         Exclusion of interpretation legislation of this jurisdiction

                The Interpretation Act 1984 does not apply to —

            (a)         this Act (other than Parts 5 to 9); or

            (b)         the instruments made under this Act (other than regulations made under section 46).
