ELECTRICITY INDUSTRY ACT 2004 - SECT 10

10 .         Application for licence

        (1)         An application for a licence must be —

            (a)         made in a form approved by the Authority; and

            (b)         accompanied by the prescribed application fee.

        (2)         An applicant must provide any additional information that the Authority may require for the proper consideration of the application.
