Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The making and
operation of the Pilbara Networks Access Code or the Pilbara networks rules
—
(a) do
not affect the terms and conditions, or the operation, of —
(i)
an agreement for access to services in operation
immediately before the commencement of the Pilbara Networks Access Code
whether under the
Electricity Transmission and Distribution Systems (Access) Act 1994 or
otherwise; or
(ii)
an agreement for the supply of electricity or related
services in operation immediately before the commencement of the Pilbara
networks rules;
and
(b) do
not afford a party to the agreement any ground or reason for not complying
with the agreement according to its terms and conditions.
(2) Subsection (1)(a)
or (b) does not apply if the Pilbara Networks Access Code or the Pilbara
networks rules or the agreement or an enactment provides otherwise.
