Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Without limiting
section 131, the regulations may prescribe all matters that are necessary or
convenient to be prescribed for the enforcement of the regulations.
(2) The regulations
may —
(a)
provide that a contravention of a regulation is an offence; and
(b)
prescribe a penalty of a fine of not more than $100 000, with or without a
daily penalty of a fine of not more than $20 000, for an offence against the
regulations.
