(1) This section
applies if, in the opinion of the Authority, a standard form contract approved
under this Division —
(a) no
longer meets the requirements of the regulations in respect of such contracts;
or
(b) is
no longer consistent with —
(i)
this Act or any other written law; or
(ii)
any term, condition or provision of the licence
concerned.
(2) The Authority may
direct the retail licensee concerned —
(a) to
submit an appropriate amendment to the form of contract to the Authority for
approval under section 52(1); and
(b) to
do so within a specified period.
(3) In subsection
(2)(a) —
appropriate amendment means an amendment —
(a)
specified by the Authority; or
(b)
otherwise determined by the Authority to be suitable for approval.
