(1) The Authority may
appoint a person to audit the compliance of a registration holder with the
registration framework and the terms and conditions of registration.
(2) The audit must be
carried out in accordance with the process determined by the Authority.
(3) The registration
holder, at the request of the auditor, must provide the auditor with any
information reasonably required for the audit.
(4) The Authority
—
(a) may
recover from the registration holder its reasonable costs and expenses arising
from the appointment and remuneration of an auditor appointed under subsection
(1); and
(b) may
seek an order for the recovery of those costs and expenses in a court of
competent jurisdiction.
