The regulations may
provide that a prescribed enactment —
(a) does
not apply in relation to the supply and marketing of electricity to small use
customers; or
(b) does
not apply in relation to the supply and marketing of electricity to small use
customers to the extent prescribed; or
(c) does
not apply in relation to the supply and marketing of electricity to small use
customers to the extent that the enactment is inconsistent with the code; or
(d)
applies in relation to the supply and marketing of electricity to small use
customers with such modifications as are prescribed.
