(1) The Minister may
revoke a state of emergency declaration at any time.
(2) The revocation is
to be made by declaration in writing and is to include the time when, and date
on which, it is made.
(3) The revocation
declaration has effect on and from the time it is made, or such later time as
is specified in the revocation declaration.
(4) Despite any other
written law, the revocation of a state of emergency declaration does not
affect —
(a) any
penalty or punishment incurred, imposed, or liable to be incurred or imposed,
before the revocation; or
(b) any
investigation or legal proceedings in respect of such a penalty or punishment.
